Shipping
Domestic Orders: All U.S. orders are shipped within 1-5 business days (weekends not included) via USPS first class. We always do our best to ship every order as soon as possible, but arrival dates are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for delays once orders have been shipped.
International Orders: We do not offer international shipping for our physical products at this time.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. For bracelet orders only, if you purchased the wrong size or style, email us at hello@giftstandard.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for placing a new order and sending the original item(s) back to us for a refund to your original form of payment. We do not cover the cost of shipping for returned bracelets.
Returns
We do not offer returns. All sales are final.
Refunds
All sales are final including orders not yet shipped, so please review all items carefully before purchasing. Refunds will be granted on a case by case basis for items that arrive in damaged condition. Please email us at hello@giftstandard.com with photos of the damages within 14 days of receiving your order.
